Martin Massie and his sister are new to Bluebell Hill. While preparing for their housewarming, they see a trespasser in their garden, so when their neighbours arrive, they agree to form a neighbourhood watch group. But after the Massies’ garden gnome is thrown through their window, matters escalate. What begins as a well- intentioned plan for a safer community leads to some very unneighbourly actions.
