When private detective Sam Spade takes on a case for a secretive woman, trouble comes calling. First, his partner is murdered, then Sam is accosted by a man who demands he locate a valuable statuette. Entangled in a dangerous web of crime and intrigue, Sam soon realises he must find the one thing everyone seems to want. A New Zealand premiere.
